Bread: Batch bakery is a small-scale bakery from Amsterdam, founded by former hospitality professionals. They supply artisanal buns of consistent, high quality that pair perfectly with our burgers.

Meat: Our dry-aged patties are specially developed for us. The meat is pasture-raised and is locally sourced. By working with a carefully selected fat-to-meat ratio, we achieve the ideal Maillard reaction. The patties are suitable for both smash burgers and classic, thick burgers.

Cheese: We use 12 weeks aged 45+ cheddar, selected for its full flavor and excellent melting properties on the burger.

Vegetables: Our vegetables are sourced as locally as possible and preferably organic. When this is not feasible, we choose suppliers within Europe, with a strong focus on quality and seasonality.

Oysters: Our oysters come from Yerseke, Zeeland, and guarantee freshness and a pure, briny flavor.

Pickles: The pickles come from Kesbeke in Amsterdam. Oos, better known as the “pickle king,” supplies us with artisanal pickles full of character.

Philosophy: Flavor and comfort food are at the heart of what we do. We make as much as possible in-house and work seasonally with rotating sides and specials, ensuring the menu continues to surprise.
